How to Request a Refund


1. Log into your patient portal


2. Go to the Orders section


3. Find the order you'd like to refund


4. Click "Cancel & refund"



5. A pop-up will show your available refund options



What Kind of Refund Will I Get?


If your order is less than 21 days old & unused:

  • 75% refund back to your original payment method

  • OR 100% credit to your wallet


Note: If this was your first subscription renewal, the refund amount will be adjusted to account for the subscription discount you received on your original order, as it was technically a one-time order and therefore not eligible for subscription refunds.



If your order is more than 21 days old & unused:

  • Get 100% credit — instantly added to your wallet


This credit never expires and can be used for any future lab order.


What Happens After You Request It?


  • Credit: Added instantly to your account wallet

  • Cash refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method


Once you've requested a refund, you’ll still have access to your order receipt and can reorder the same test anytime.
