Note that you must go to one of our authorized Quest locations or authorized LabCorp locations for specimen collection. 

When you're placing your lab order, make sure to provide a valid U.S. address. It could be your family's address, a friend's, or even the place you're staying while you're in the United States. 


Please be aware that we can’t provide services in the states of or for residents of the states of NY, NJ, RI, or Hawaii. 


You would need to go to a LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics location within one of the states listed on our website.

Since you’re traveling for your testing adventure, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance.

For Quest orders, you can do it on our website after you've placed your order, and for Labcorp orders, you can use their booking platform. 

Also, it's a good idea to quickly Google the lab location. This way, you can make sure they're open and that there haven't been any recent changes in their hours. 

Lastly, keep in mind that sometimes credit cards issued outside of the U.S. might require a little extra attention from our customer support team. If your credit card happens to be declined during your online order, just text us at +1-754-799-7833 and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
