While some of our locations are ok with walk-ins, most prefer appointments.
Booking appointments with Quest is a piece of cake. You can do it right after you’re done placing your Private MD Labs test order.
It's that simple!
After you've secured your slot, you'll get a confirmation email with options to cancel or reschedule. You'll find the same options in your patient portal too.

How to do modify your appointment via your patient portal:
Go to your patient portal: https://www.privatemdlabs.com/patient/login
Click on “Appt. details”
In the next screen, click on “Modify appointment” and then click on “Change lab location”
Follow the steps you see on the screen to locate another lab location & book your new appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email and text message once it’s done.
