Order cancellations and refunds are only permitted prior to submission of urine or blood specimens to a Patient Service Center for testing. Refund amounts will be 75% of the original purchase price. No refund after 21 days from receipt of payment. Refunds are only issued for payments made using a credit card, other payment methods used are not eligible for refunds.

Credits may be issued for the full amount of purchase, to be used on future orders. 

Credits can be used in full or in partial amounts for multiple orders and do not have to be used for the same tests or the same person in which the credit was issued.
