Yes, we do! We've got something awesome called "Subscribe & Save" so you can get your blood tests on a subscription basis. It's super easy to set up too! 

During checkout, you'll see the option to subscribe for each test. You can select how often you want to receive your lab order: every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months - totally up to you.

If you choose to Subscribe & Save, your lab orders will be automatically discounted by 15% and delivered straight to your email at your preferred time intervals.

Subscription renewal is automated. When it’s time for your subscription to renew, we’ll attempt to bill your last used payment method for the same amount as the initial subscription order.

If successful, you’ll automatically receive your lab order in your email as if you placed the order yourself.

If the payment doesn't go through successfully, we'll shoot you an email with a handy link to update your payment methods. Once you've updated them, we'll give it another shot and try to renew your subscription.

You can make changes to your subscription, including frequency or canceling, through your patient portal. Here’s how: 

Once in your patient portal, go to the Subscription section located in the left side menu

You will then see your subscriptions, and you’ll be able to modify or cancel them using the buttons shown below:
