If you are not receiving our emails in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

Some private/company email domains may view our notifications as spam or even a threat to your email server due to the embedded link included, thus being rejected at the server level. We do experience this often with private, corporate, educational and government email domains.

If you are using one of these domains, you may want to ask your IT department to allow emails from our domain, this will ensure delivery of our emails to your inbox. If this is not something they are willing to do, you may want to consider changing your email address to a personal email as we do not have the ability to force our emails to be delivered to a domain that is not allowing them.

If you have previously created a password, we do have a login link on our homepage, you can find this link at the top of our home page, to the right of our phone number and business hours:

If you do not have a password already, please call our office during normal business hours and a team member will be happy to assist you.
