Complete Your Health Profile: You will be prompted to complete a comprehensive health intake questionnaire to provide our clinical team with your medical history, symptoms, and other relevant information.
Physician Review: A licensed physician in your state will securely review your information. Depending on your state's regulations and your clinical needs, this review may be conducted asynchronously (via secure messaging) or may be escalated to a synchronous (live video) consultation.
Receive Your Treatment Plan: Following the review, the physician will determine the appropriate course of action. If a prescription is approved, it will be sent electronically to our partner pharmacy for fulfillment and shipment. You will be notified of the outcome through your secure patient portal.
