For faster results delivery we now deliver partial results for Quest orders.
Don’t worry, this does not mean your results are incomplete.
You will receive a notification every time a new result has been uploaded to your dashboard, and all your lab results will be delivered within the listed estimated turnaround time on your specific lab order. If you see "pending tests" at the report's bottom, expect further results soon.
If you have a LabCorp order, your results will be delivered when they are final and you will not receive partials. You will receive an email and SMS notification when they have been uploaded to your dashboard.
Another reason why you might have partial results is that the lab couldn't complete all the tests ordered. Any TNP (Test Not Performed) will be listed in the message we send with your report.
