You've booked a Quest appointment but fancy a different location? No problemo!

You can visit any of the lab locations listed on our website, as long as it's the same lab company indicated on your requisition, i.e. Quest vs Labcorp. If you purchased a Quest test, don’t select a Labcorp lab and vice versa. No mix and match, please.

Note: The lab address on your requisition (lab order) is a technical requirement on our end, but it doesn’t force you to only visit that specific lab.

Here’s how you can change your appointment location:

  1. Log into your patient portal:

  2. Click on “Appt. details”

  1. In the next screen, click on “Modify appointment” and then click on “Change lab location”

  1. Follow the on-screen steps to locate another lab location & book your new appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation email and text message once done.

It's the same deal with LabCorp but you can’t book your Labcorp visit directly on our site yet, instead you can do so at this link when you’re done with your purchase on our site. Your LabCorp requisition orders are good at any LabCorp location on our list:

While you can shuffle your lab appointment locations, the lab companies themselves are not interchangeable. 

We value your health and want to make sure everything goes smoothly for you. Therefore, we kindly remind you that your pre-paid LabCorp requisitions may ONLY be presented at a LabCorp Patient Service Center, and your pre-paid Quest Diagnostics requisitions may ONLY be presented at a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center. 

Consistency is very important when tracking your health trends, monitoring levels for treatment and comparing results. It is recommended to use the same laboratories and the same methodologies for testing for your health & treatments.

We won't be able to help you with any billing issues that may come up if you present your requisition to the wrong lab.
